Every order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail because we value each and every customer. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination, shipping method selected, package size, and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
International Orders
Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost collected at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Twisted Herd Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Twisted Herd Mercantile is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
