Refund policy

At Twisted Herd Mercantile, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help within the guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original condition.

Returns can be made using the self-service return feature through your customer account. Login to your customer account and create the return or exchange for your items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance merchandise

  • End-of-season merchandise

  • Mystery bag items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Permanent jewelry

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges requested after the 14-day return period may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the condition of the item and product availability.

Refunds

Returns can be made using the self-service return feature, login to your customer account and create the return for your items. Remember, certain items are not eligible. Please refer back to the list above to check if an item is returnable. 

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
