How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

What shipping options do you offer?

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and carrier availability.

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
International orders shipped to Canada and Mexico may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with USPS, UPS, or DHL to resolve the issue.
