Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on new, unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original condition.

What items are not eligible for return?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items
  • End-of-season merchandise
  • Mystery bag items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Permanent jewelry
  • Gift cards

Can I exchange an item after 14 days?
We understand that situations arise. Exchange requests made after the 14-day return period may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the condition of the item and product availability.

What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, pet hair, smoke, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear. Original tags must still be attached.

How will I receive my refund?
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
