Orders over $150 ship free within the United States. Smaller orders have a flat rate of $12.00. We do not ship internationally and we do not ship internationally using Freight Forwarders. Please note that the Twisted Herd will not be held responsible for any lost parcels.

In the event that you live local to Twisted Herd Mercantile and would like to pick up your order you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once you receive an email letting you know your order has been processed and is available for pickup, please reply to twistedherdmercantile@gmail.com to coordinate a time for curbside or in-store pickup. Please note that we have limited store hours by appointment only.

Twisted Herd Mercantile cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is Twisted Herd responsible for packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact USPS, or the relevant courier with your tracking information.

BACKORDERS/PREORDERS - shipments containing backordered or pre-ordered items will NOT be split into multiple shipments. All items will ship together when the backordered/ pre ordered item(s) arrive(s). If you wish for in-stock items to be shipped immediately, you MUST place separate orders.
